How it looks when you Celebrate at The Common

Packages will include accommodation on site and permission to host your event on the agreed day of your booking.

We host a very limited number of events each year.

Ceremonies on the front lawn with the stunning beach as your backdrop.

You will work with a furniture hire vendor (like Twelve Tables) to have a marquee and furniture will be brought onsite for your entire reception, food, speeches and dancing - however your evening looks.

For large events the main house can't be used for any part of your event, including bathroom, catering and hosting.

Bond of $1,000 required before each event and returned after check out.

We strongly recommend you arrange transport to and from the event. All extra guests must be offsite by 11pm on the event day. Not adhering to noise restrictions will result in fines coming off your bond.

We welcome well-trained doggies by prior arrangement.

There are neighbours and yes they can hear the party! Although they love sharing their slice of paradise with you, we must enforce noise restrictions and extra guests curfews to ensure we can continue to offer The Common as an event space.

BYO drinks service means you’ll likely need servers onsite and hired glasses. You’ll also need a system for collecting bottles during the evening, we have a space for these and can recycle them for you if you need.
